As soon as a need is recognised, the structured development process begins

1. Customer briefing

You tell us your idea or need - we listen carefully.

2. Specifications

We summarise all functional and design requirements in a structured manner.

3. Idea phase

Creative solutions are developed - feasibility included.

4. Design proposals & renderings

First visualisations are presented - feedback flows directly into new designs.

5. Material specification

We suggest suitable materials for body and bristles.

6. Calculation

We calculate a specific target price based on the design and materials.

7. Requirements specification

This is where we define which requirements can be realised and how this will be done.

8. Prototype construction

The first functional samples are created - for haptics, testing and fine-tuning.

9. Testing

The prototypes are tested for function and resilience.

10. Packaging development

We design the right product packaging - functional, brand-appropriate, strong-selling.

11. Production preparation

All processes and tools are customised for the new product.

12. Pilot series

An initial small series is used to identify possible optimisations before main production.

13. Series production

The product is ready for market launch - reliable and in proven Ebnat quality.
