New silos

After 1 year of detailed planning and lengthy clarifications with the Office for Water Protection, as well as the official building application, two silos with a capacity of 50 tons plastic granulate each, an empty weight of 4.5 tons each and a length of 15 meters were delivered on 9.10.2018 from South Germany with two special vehicles and an escort vehicle to the company premises of Ebnat AG.

The team from the thermoplastic injection-moulding department is looking forward to being able to put the silos into operation soon: One silo filling is enough for about one month. With the installation of the silos, the daily, time-consuming and cumbersome slitting of around 50-75 25kg bags for filling the small silos is no longer necessary.
