In the Development Department at Ebnat, everything from the idea to the finished product at the POS is designed and implemented using the latest know-how and up-to-date equipment and resources.
Basically, there are two ways in which Ebnat lays the foundations for a new product. The customer requests a product with certain characteristics that is not available from our standard range. The other alternative is that Ebnat recognises a need for a product on the market and endeavours to develop a product that satisfies these requirements.
To develop the ideal toothbrush, first we must consider what point of view the product has to satisfy in order to be "ideal" for a specific target group in a given market situation. External influencers must be involved in all considerations, either directly or indirectly. It is also important that the new toothbrush fulfils the latest medical requirements. With this in mind, Ebnat co-operates with eminent Swiss universities.
