What happens here:
The most varied of head materials are stored here and cut to the correct length for further processing.

Head materials, in 4 groups:
– Plant fibres (various fibres, including coconut fibre):
These are ideal for scrubbing and very absorbent.
– Animal fibres (pig bristles, horsehair):
The surface of the bristles picks up the finest dust.
– Synthetic bristles (polyester, polypropylene):
They are hygienic, very flexible and resistant to chemicals.
– Metal bristles (bronze and steel wire):
Ideal for heavily soiled surfaces.

A few figures:
– Every year, our toothbrush production line processes over 10,000 kg of Tynex head material.
– We process in excess of 25,000 kg of nylon head material here annually.
