What happens here:
The wooden or plastic bodies are finished off here.

Production steps:
The brush bodies are fed through an approx. 20-metre long paint production line, where they are coated with a water-based varnish. As soon as the brush bodies are completely dry, they can continue being processed. The finishing touches are added by means of a porous printing process using screen printing, a transfer process or pad printing. Multicoloured patterns, writing, company logos or article numbers can be applied.

A few figures:
– In the year 2002, we used no less than 3,600 kg of water-based varnish.
– Each year, over 210,000 pieces of wood are varnished on our production line.
