Here the blanks are given their final brush shape.

Production steps:
Using the latest automatic shaping machines, the blanks are given their final shape and are ready to be varnished or for the head material to be added. Some of the automatic shaping machines have been designed by ourselves (Ebnat Maschinenbau).
 
A few figures:
– We use predominantly timber from Swiss forests.
(Beech 80%, ash and maple).
– All of our timber is FSC certified.
– Depending on the particular type of machine a new, shaped brush body leaves the machine every 3 to 6 seconds.
