Screwing in shop / special brushes

What happens here:
We now find ourselves in the manufacturing facility for screw-in articles, such as bottle brushes, overflow cleaners and gun cleaners. Special brushes for industrial use are also manufactured here.

Production steps:
During the process of screwing in, the head material is clamped between two wires and rotated. The material that has been secured using this method then only has to be trimmed to the correct diameter and provided with a handle where necessary.

A few figures:
– Annually approx. 13 tonnes of wire is processed.
– Assuming Ø 2 mm wire, we would end up with a "caterpillar" around 200 km in length.
